You'll find your customer account code at the top right corner of our website, next to the checkout basket.

Head to our 'Request a Credit Account' page where you'll find an online EchoSign form to complete.

You can save a card online within the My Account area of our website. However, you don't need to store a card with Customer Service to place an order. You can manage your own payment cards online in the Manage Payment Cards area of My Account.

VAT is always charged at the current standard rate. See https://www.gov.uk/vat-rates for details.

We currently accept all UK and EU bank Credit and Debit cards including personal, business and corporate (purchasing) cards for Maestro, Visa and Mastercard secured through Opayo (formerly SagePay). We also accept payments made through PayPal.
We don't currently take American Express however American Express cards can be used via PayPal.
