A quote is when we discuss pricing with a customer on a specific one-off order enquiry with the potential of offering a discount.

You can request a quote via email at [email protected] or you can call the team direct on 0800 0890 700.

The Quotes team will assess each quote request based on several different factors. If appropriate to do so a discount could be agreed off the standard carton rate prices. Please contact our friendly Quotes team on 0800 0890 700 for further information.

If you call the Quotes team on 0800 0890 700 they'll try their best to quote there and then, if appropriate. If you email them at [email protected] they'll try to respond within one hour.

Ideally quotes should be redeemed within 30 days of being issued, unless otherwise agreed.

You'll be provided with a Quote Reference Number, which should then be used to redeem the agreed discounts. You can do this online on the Delivery & Payment Options page by adding the Quote Reference Number in the field marked ‘comments to Customer Service’.
