Update to carriage charges effective 3rd February

After 2 years of maintaining our carriage thresholds and delivery charges, we’ll be making some updates to two of our services.

Effective from the 3rd of February 2025, these changes will be: 

• UK Mainland Next Day Delivery
  • The carriage charge will decrease to £8.70 from £8.95
• Free delivery threshold
  • The threshold for Free UK Mainland Next Day delivery and 48 Hours delivery for online orders will be £175 net All other carriage charges remain the same.

All other carriage charges remain the same. 

GPSR: EU Responsible Person

Are you selling into the EU and/or Northern Ireland?

Due to the updated EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), you may need to know the ‘EU Responsible Person’ and their contact details for the styles you are listing and selling*.

Order-to-despatch lead times

To make sure you get what you need when you need it, we can now guarantee UK Mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands) Next Day delivery on all orders placed before 5pm!*  We're also despatching online orders placed over the weekend, so you can run your business knowing you can depend on us! 

Please see the table below for our latest order-to-despatch times. 

*Orders placed and acknowledged before 5pm Mon-Fri will be despatched same day. In peak trading season, our despatch times may vary, and orders will be despatched no later than next working day. Bank holiday despatch times may vary. We have no control over logistical delays.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and despatch times may vary for bank holidays.

On the 31st of January, the old White Label Website service was retired, this change is part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best tools and services available to make business better.

Important update: Clarifying GOTS accreditation

We’re committed to transparency and tackling greenwashing, along with sharing any misleading information around sustainability. In light of this, we’ve removed the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification from our website and from products that previously had this accreditation listed from within our range.  

We’ve been made aware that GOTS have updated their regulations and in order to use and promote the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, all links in the supply chain are required to hold GOTS certification themselves.  

This means distributors, decorators, and sellers offering products with the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification aren’t able to promote the standard unless they themselves are also GOTS certified, along with any part of the supply chain before them. 

We’ve fully investigated the matter, and we want to ensure that you’re compliant, so we’d recommend that you also remove GOTS certifications from your offering to avoid any potential challenges. Our goal is to provide you with accurate information so you can do the same for your customers.  

Products that hold the GOTS certification itself are unchanged; they remain the same quality product which was certified at source and manufacture.   

We’ll continue to keep ourselves on top of legislation and rules so that we can update you if important areas of our industry change in the future.
