Returning discontinued items for 2025

Several of the brands we supply will be discontinuing some of their styles and you have the option to return these if you’d like to.

Important update: Clarifying GOTS accreditation

We’re committed to transparency and tackling greenwashing, along with sharing any misleading information around sustainability. In light of this, we’ve removed the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification from our website and from products that previously had this accreditation listed from within our range.  

We’ve been made aware that GOTS have updated their regulations and in order to use and promote the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification, all links in the supply chain are required to hold GOTS certification themselves.  

This means distributors, decorators, and sellers offering products with the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification aren’t able to promote the standard unless they themselves are also GOTS certified, along with any part of the supply chain before them. 

We’ve fully investigated the matter, and we want to ensure that you’re compliant, so we’d recommend that you also remove GOTS certifications from your offering to avoid any potential challenges. Our goal is to provide you with accurate information so you can do the same for your customers.  

Products that hold the GOTS certification itself are unchanged; they remain the same quality product which was certified at source and manufacture.   

We’ll continue to keep ourselves on top of legislation and rules so that we can update you if important areas of our industry change in the future.

NEW ‘Pantone’ filter

It’s now easier than ever to find the exact colour you need, with our NEW ‘Pantone’ filter. 

Simply use the ‘Pantone’ filter on all listing pages (category, collection, and brand pages) directly underneath the ‘Colour’ filter to get exact matches on styles. This new filter will be available on our website, Fullcollection.com, and Full Collection Pro catalogue-websites.

With this new filter, you can:  

• Use the quick search bar within the ‘Pantone’ filter: Type in the Pantone code to refine as you type, you’ll still need to select the code from the list to apply the filter. 

• Using ‘Colour’ and ‘Pantone’ filters:  When selecting a Pantone code, the associated colour will automatically be filtered too. 

• Select multiple codes: Scroll through the list of Pantone codes and choose as many as you need. 

The selected Pantone codes will appear as filter tags above the filter section, so you can see what code products are filtered by.
